Does it hurt?

Not at all — it’s a quick, painless zap using a spark from a safe welding device. There’s no heat or discomfort on your skin.

Can I remove it?

Yes, while it's meant to be long-lasting, it can be safely removed with clippers if needed (such as for medical procedures or lifestyle changes). Want it back on? Just come visit the shop.

 

Will it tarnish?

• Gold-Filled: A thick layer of real gold (usually 14k) bonded to a base metal. It’s long-lasting and won’t easily tarnish or wear off—great for everyday wear.

• 14k Gold: Solid gold mixed with other metals for strength, but it’s still a softer metal. It may bend or come loose over time and occasionally need reattachment. It doesn’t tarnish and can last a lifetime.

• Sterling Silver: 92.5% pure silver mixed with other metals. It can oxidize, but wearing it daily usually prevents tarnish, as it naturally rubs off with your skin.

• Gold-Plated: A thin layer of gold over a base metal. It looks like real gold but may fade or chip over time, especially with frequent wear or water exposure.

How long does shipping take?

Orders typically ship within 3–7 business days after we receive your image and payment. We’ll send you an update with tracking info once your magnet is on the way.

Can I order magnets in bulk for an event or holiday?

Yes! We offer discounted pricing for bulk orders — perfect for weddings, party favors, holiday gifts, and brand giveaways. Just include your event details on the order form or reach out for a custom quote.

Can I preview the magnet before it’s printed?

While we don’t offer full proofs for single orders, you can upload your photo and add notes — and we’ll ensure your design looks great. For bulk or event orders, preview options may be available upon request.

Can I pick up my order instead of having it shipped?

Absolutely! Just select “in-store pickup” at checkout and we’ll notify you when your magnet is ready.

Do you require a deposit for events?

Yes, we require a deposit to secure your date. The deposit goes toward your final purchase and is refundable if cancelled 5 or more days before the event.
