Please note: Most photos cannot be edited, resized, or stretched. Images are placed and centered within our 2×2 square format as submitted. If a photo does not fit or looks distorted, we will contact you to discuss the best available options before proceeding.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Please note: Because each magnet is made-to-order using your submitted image or logo, all custom magnet sales are final and non-refundable.
SHIPPING INFO
We currently ship custom magnet orders within the United States. Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after receiving your image or logo and completed payment. Shipping typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable). We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or for incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Local to Cedarburg? You can also choose in-store pickup (scheduled evenings & weekends) at checkout. We'll notify you as soon as your order is ready for pickup.
